Red Nicole with white orly polka dots

I did this mani last night. It didn't take long. Just 2 coats of polish let dry. Then put a few drops of white polish on a piece of tin foil (learned that from a fellow blogger, Jackie S.) and use a dotting tool, bobby pin, or old pen.
