Pure Ice Creme Tommy Boy
I love this blue from Pure Ice! I went on so smoothly, but surprised me on how slow it dried. It dries a little matte looking but not quite. Anyway is stills cute polish and the shade of blue is so lovely on the toes. It's one of those colors that makes you happy when you look at it.

It looks great on the toes! The reason it took longer to dry is because it is an older formula. Older polishes take longer to dry. Make sure you always use a good base coat so you aren't putting polish directly on your nail bed. :)
