Monster under the bed, the nail bed that is. This polish glows in the dark!! Sorry I don't have pictures of that, my camera refused to focus on the glow.

This is just a fun Halloween mani. This also received a lot of complements. I liked this one because it was fun and really easy to do!

Bloody

For the next Halloween inspired nails I did blood flowing down my finger nails.
I got a lot of complements on this one. I think it's a keeper!

Scented Orange

Here is the first manicure of October! My first in a series of Halloween nails.

I recently got some scented nail polished from a friend. The one in this manicure is one called orange from Revlon. They actually smell like oranges. I was very happy with this polish. I did three coats of it and no top coat. Being a glitter I would usually put a top coat on, but I didn't want to cover up the smell.

The Seasons Are Changing

I saw a manicure like this on pinterest and knew I had to recreate it and change it a little bit. I used an orange base from Zoya and a makeup sponge with an Essie red and an old yellow.

Cloud Watching

I saw a pin like this on pinterest and loved it so decided to do it myself! I love the puffy little clouds!

A storms a bruin!

This is by far one of my favorite nail arts of all time!
I just bought this gorgeous blue from ULTA. I used a bobby pin to make the cloud and a thin brush dipped in sparkles to do the lightning! The silver I used for the cloud is part of a new Metallics collection from Essie. There is also a picture of the gorgeous silver alone!

A lot of the time I have in matching nails. I get so excited and have so many ideas that I want to try them all out! So here is the other hand from the last post.

Wet n' Wild Sparkle

I was rooting around on pinterest and I found a bunch of sparkle nail art. I was really inspired and decided to use some sparkles for my own nails. Then I added some tape designs.
I really liked the way this turned out and hope you guys do too. :)

Redy for Gold?

I wanted a simple pedicure to go with what I wear so I painted my toes just red. Then I thought it was too plain so I decided to put some jewels on it (sparkles!!), and came up with this.

A pinkilicious Ombré

A pink ombré with a stripe and jewel on the ring finger. Very cute and fun design that's perfect for any day!

Party Time!

This nail design did not start off as streamers but that's what they turned into and I'm pretty happy with them! I used the same colors as the last post. In fact, I was going to do the same thing but decided free hand French tip is to hard to do with my left hand (since I'm right handed) and started just doing squiggles and they came out looking like party streamers. So, I slapped a few jewels on and admired my fun, yet un expected creation. ;)

Dream Catcher and some feathers

I saw a manicure like this on Pinterest a few times and I thought I would try it. With my own spin of corse.

It's been a while since I have blogged but since I'm in school now it's harder. I'll try to blog at least once a week but I can't promise anything.

Anyway here it is! What do you guys think?

The "Arnie" nail art

I go to a gym called Crossfit. They have special WOD(workout of the day) in memory of a person who died in the line of duty. Yesturday was the "Arnie". The gym puts on a special workout to honor him. All the proceeds go to his daughter, Sofia Grace, who was born 3 months after he passed in a firefighting accident. You can go to Crossfit's website to read more about it.

My little sister did her lemonade stand here and donated all the proceeds to Sofia Grace.

Lemons oh lemons!

My little sister set up a little lemonade stand at the gym with some of her friends. So I did a little nail art with a lemon just for the occasion.

I am back in school now so my posting has taken a bit of a back seat position now. I'm glad I finally got another post this week though. I'll try to get one done this weekend.

A twinkle in the sky

I finally picked up a black To do designs with. I used to have to use a black crackle and it worked some of the time... But now I have a real black so here is a sparkly pink over black, over blue. ;)

Cupcake fingers

I bought a new nail polish by china glaze. Its called for Audrey. I love this color and using it for designs. This one did leave some bubbles so I'll have to try it more to figure out why.
